SECTION 1. The ownership and possession of Lots Nos. 195, 196, 343, 848, 849, 850, 894, 6147 and 6149 of the Cadastral Survey in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz, which were previously donated to the Mambusao National Agricultural School by such municipality, are hereby transferred to the said municipality.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1971.
