Open ↗SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Open ↗SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Thereafter, sums as may be needed in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Open ↗SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 19, 1971.
