SECTION 1. Item nine, under Secondary Airports, paragraph a, Title H, of Section one, Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred fifty-four, is amended to read as follows:

"9. Bancasi Airport ---------------------P1,000,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
