AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury lot otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sums may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
