SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Occidental Negros South General Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five beds to fifty.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The financing of this hospital shall be in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. The necessary sums for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1971.
