AN ACT ESTABLISHING ARTIFICIAL BREEDING CENTERS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SIASI, INDANAN, AND PARANG, PROVINCE OF SULU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, artificial breeding centers in the Municipalities of Siasi, Indanan and Parang, Province of Sulu, at a site to be selected by the Director of Animal Industry through donation, to be known as the Siasi, Indanan and Parang Artificial Breeding Center, respectively.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred ten thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of office-laboratory building, animal sheds, equipment, supplies and materials and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
