AN ACT CONVERTING HINATUAN PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINATUAN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, INTO A NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS HINATUAN NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Hinatuan Provincial High School in the Municipality of Hinatuan, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby converted into a national comprehensive high school to be known as Hinatuan National Comprehensive High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
