Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Five thousand seven hundred sixty-five is amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. Mati in the Province of Davao Oriental is hereby made a port of entry under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs of Davao Oriental."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
