Section 1

SECTION 1. July first of each year is hereby declared a public holiday in the Provinces of Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur and Davao del Norte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, August 16, 1971.
