AN ACT CREATING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT CITY FISCAL IN THE CITY OF CADIZ, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION TWENTY-SIX OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR, KNOWN AS THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CADIZ.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Section twenty-six of Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred ninety-four, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Cadiz, is amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 26. The City Fiscal and Register of Deeds ex officio—His compensation, powers and duties.—The City Fiscal with one assistant shall be the chief legal adviser of city. They shall receive salaries in accordance with the Provisions of existing law. He shall have the following powers and duties:"
