AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SOIL CONSERVATION DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a soil conservation demonstration station in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Agusan del Sur. The said station shall be under the direct supervision of the Director of Soils and shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred twenty-two.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment of said soil demonstration station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and Maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act: Provided, That no portion of this appropriation shall be transferred to any other item.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without the Executive approval, June 17, 1972.
