AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUSHROOM FARM AND DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a mushroom farm and demonstration station in the Municipality of Sagay, Province of Camiguin.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two and nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without the Executive approval, June 17, 1972.
