AN ACT ESTABLISHING TARLAC GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANIQUI, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a general hospital in the Municipality of Paniqui, Province of Tarlac, which shall be known as Tarlac General Hospital. It shall have a bed capacity of one hundred fifty.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the Provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of seven hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of Tarlac General Hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Thereafter, the sums necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
