AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NASIPIT, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS NASIPIT EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Nasipit, Province of Agusan del Norte, to be known as Nasipit Emergency Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said hospital for the fiscal year nineteen seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
