AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services an emergency hospital in the western part of the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
