Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, an artificial breeding center in the Municipality of Soccoro, Province of Oriental Mindoro, at a site to be selected by the Director of Animal Industry through donation, to be known as the Soccoro Artificial Breeding Center.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of the office-laboratory building, animal sheds, equipment, supplies and materials and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
