SEC. 2. The present seat of the municipality government in the Barangay of Sta. Maria, Municipality of Lista, Province of Ifugao is hereby confirmed as the Seat government of the Municipality of Lista.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval and in publication in the circular (2 newspapers of general circular). Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) RAMON V.
