SECTION 1. In order to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late Speaker Eugenio Perez, November thirteen of each year is hereby declared a special non-working public holiday in the Province of Pangasinan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) RAMON V.
