SECTION 1. The sum of one million two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the following purposes:

For the establishment and maintenance of a branch of the Philippine Institute of Fisheries Technology to be known as the Eastern Visayas Branch, to take the place of the Catbalogan, School of Fisheries, in Catbalogan, Samar

For the establishment and maintenance of a branch of the Philippine Institute of Fisheries Technology at Estancia, Iloilo, to be known as the Western Visayas Branch, which shall serve also as a training station in canning and fish preservation

For the establishment and maintenance of a branch of the Philippine Institute of Fisheries Technology in any suitable place in the Bicol region that may be determined by the Director of Fisheries

For the establishment and maintenance of a branch of the Philippine Institute of Fisheries Technology in Zamboanga City to be known as the Southern Mindanao Branch

For the establishment and maintenance of a sub-station of the Bureau of Fisheries in Calapan, Mindoro
