Section 1

SECTION 1. August Nine of every year is hereby declared as Governor Roque B. Ablan, Sr. Day, a special holiday in the Province of Ilocos Norte to celebrate the birthday and commemorate the memory of the late governor and labor leader.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
