AN ACT REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THERE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR

Section 1

SECTION 1. Republic Act No. 3884 entitled: "An Act establishing a normal college in Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte, and authorizing the appropriation of funds therfor" is hereby repealed.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This repealing Act shall take effect upon its approval.
