SECTION 1. The site intended for the establishment of the Dipolog Normal College is hereby reassigned and transferred to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The title to and ownership of the real property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-16876)-5256 with an area of 38,723 square meters registered in the name of the Dipolog Normal College are hereby transferred to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The proper register of deeds shall register the same and issue the corresponding certificate of title to the Zamboanga del Norte National High School.
Section 4
