Section 1
SECTION 1. Paragraph (a), Section 33 of Executive Order No. 128 dated January 30, 1987 is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) National Research Council of the Philippines as created under Act 4120 of the Ninth Philippine Legislature."

Section 2
SEC. 2. All references to the name "Philippine National Science Society" shall be understood as referring to the National Research Council of the Philippines pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
