AN ACT TO CONVERT THE PANGANIBAN PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ALICIA AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY SCHOOL, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PURPOSE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Panganiban Provincial High School situated in the municipality of Panganiban, Province of Catanduanes, is hereby converted into a National agricultural and fishery school, to be known as the "Alicia Agricultural and Fishery School", and the Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos for the conversion of said school, as provided in this Act, and its operation and maintenance for the first school year after the approval of this Act is authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, the necessary appropriation for its operation shall be included in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
