SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Paquibato Emergency Hospital in the District of Paquibato, Davao City, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds and upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Paquibato District Hospital.

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE PAQUIBATO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE DISTRICT OF PAQUIBATO, DAVAO CITY, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAQUIBATO DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
