AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SOCORRO DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOCORRO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Socorro District Hospital in the Municipality of Socorro, Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
