SECTION 1. Republic Acts Numbered Sixty-one hundred forty-five and Fifty-four hundred seventy-four are hereby repealed by this Act.

SECTION 1. Republic Acts Numbered Sixty-one hundred forty-five and Fifty-four hundred seventy-four are hereby repealed by this Act.
SEC. 2. All provisions of existing laws, orders, decrees, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are likewise repealed.
