SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the San Rafael Health Infirmary.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
