AN ACT TO NATIONALIZE THE ILOCOS NORTE TRADE SCHOOL

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Ilocos Norte Trade School in the Province of Ilocos Norte shall hereafter be maintained by the National Government.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of seventy-five thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation and maintenance of the Ilocos Norte Trade School for the school year nineteen hundred fifty to nineteen hundred fifty-one; and such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance yearly thereafter shall be included in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
