AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE COTABATO PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL FROM FIFTY (50) TO ONE HUNDRED (100) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Cotabato Provincial Hospital is hereby increased from fifty (50) to one hundred (100) beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Department of Health is hereby authorized to issue all orders and circulars necessary in the implementation of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
