AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KILING, MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, PROVINCEOF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KILING HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school inBarangay Kiling, Municipality of Tanauan, Province of Leyte, to be known as the Kiling High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
