Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Cagayan District Hospital in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Aparri Provincial Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) NEPTALI A. GONZALES (Sgd.) RAMON V.
