SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Iriga Health Infirmary.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The existing and available facilities, equipment, and hospital staff may be increased subject to the approval of the Department of Health, to meet required services.
Section 4
