AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE POLILLO MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLILLO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Polillo Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Polillo, Province of Quezon, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The municipal hospital shall be composed of compe�tent personnel as prescribed by the Department of Health

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropria�tions Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
