Section 1

SECTION 1. The Lakewood Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Lakewood, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Lakewood District Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) NEPTALI A. GONZALES (Sgd.) RAMON V.
