Section 1
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Gemumua-Agahon in the Municipality of Passi, Province of Iloilo to be known as the Gemumua-Agahon High School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
