AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE TINAMBAC MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SURE, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TINAMBAC DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Tinambac Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifteen-bed capacity medicare hospital into a twenty-five bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Tinambac District Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
