AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MALAY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY BALUSBUS, MUNICIPALITY OF MALAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL TO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MALAY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Malay Municipal Hospital in Barangay Balusbus, Municipality of Malay, Province of Aklan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital to a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Malay District Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
