Section 1

SECTION 1. May Seven of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Pampanga.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) NEPTALI A. GONZALES (Sgd.) RAMON V.
