AN ACT CONVERTING THE JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALASAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital in the Municipality of Balasan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a fifty-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment and every year thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
