SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Rizal Memorial District Hospital in Dapitan City is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) beds.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 2, 1992.
