Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be developed within the present site of the Bustos dam in the Municipality of Bustos, Province of Bulacan, a tourist resort that will preserve and conserve the natural beauty of the place, to be known as the Bustos Dam and Tourist Resort.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Tourism, in coordination with other government agencies concerned, shall design and construct the appropriate facilities and infrastructure for the resort, subject to accepted tourism standards.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Department of Tourism shall issue the necessary guidelines for the proper implementation of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, January 17, 1994.
