AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE LUNGIB NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Lungib, Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
