AN ACT CREATING THE BULAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULAN, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be a Bulan National High School in the Municipality of Bulan, Province of Sorsogon, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 30, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
