AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 18 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALLESTEROS, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS "ALDAW TI BALLESTEROS"

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, was founded on December 18, 1911 by virtue of Executive Order No. 79.

Section 2

Sec. 2. December 18 of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, to be known as "Aldaw ti Ballesteros."

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
