AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7100 AND CONVERTING THE SANTIAGO HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SANTIAGO, MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO AN ANNEX OF THE GOV. LUIS FERRER MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SANTIAGO ANNEX AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Santiago High School in Barangay Santiago, Municipality of General Trias, Province of Cavite, shall, by virtue of this Act, be converted into an annex of the Gov. Luis Ferrer Memorial High School, to be known as the Santiago Annex.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act hereby amends Republic Act No. 7100.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect immediately upon approval.

Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
