AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MANAMBULAN, TUGBOK DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE OPTACIANO HILAY HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports a national high school in Barangay Manambulan, Tugbok District, Davao City, to be known as the Optaciano Hilay High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on September 1, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
