Section 1
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Sta. Teresita High School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, August 30, 1994.
