SECTION 1. The Pansol National High School in the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Province of Batangas, is hereby established.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, October 26, 1994.
