Section 1

SECTION 1. The existing barangay high school of Barangay Caruray, Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
